Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tomatoe, finely chopped
- 1/2-3/4 tsp bhajia powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp mild curry paste
- 3-4 potatoes, small cubes
- 1/4 cup peas
Directions

Cook onion in oil until very dark in colour.

Add a little water and simmer until onion plump up.

Add tomatoe and simmer until softened.

Add a little more water and bhajia powder, salt, ginger, garlic and curry paste.

Cook well, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

Add potatatoe cubes and stir and brown well so that potatoe absorbs flavours.

Top with water, add peas and simmer 10-20 minutes.
