Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
Directions

Mix milk, salt and eggs in bowl.

Put half of the flour in a separate bowl and add liquid mixture.

Mix thoroughly, then add remaining flour.

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Put 1/2 tsp lard in each muffin cup.

Place muffin tin in oven to get hot.

Then fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
