Ingredients
- 300 g bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions

Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, or until softened, but still a little crunchy.

Drain, rinse in cold water and rince again.

Combine all other ingredients and pour over bean sprouts and mix.

Chill 2 hours.
