Ingredients
- 126 g (4 oz) chickpeas, soaked for a few hours or canned
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 Tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt
- Garnish:
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Few sprigs of parsley
Directions

Drain chickpeas and process in blender or food processor with lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt.
