Ingredients
- 2 lbs fish fillets
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1-1/2 cups onion, chopped
Directions

Clean and salt fish and rub with1 Tbsp olive oil.

Bake uncovered at 350 F about 15 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork.

Gradually stir lemon juic and water into tahini.

Add more lemon to taste.

Fry chopped onion in 3 Tbsp oil and add to lemon mixture.

Pour over fish and bake uncoverd at 350 F for 15 minutes.
