Marinaded Flank Steak

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound flank steak
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Combine marinade ingredients in a shallow nonmetal container. ( I use a gallon size Ziploc bag)

Place steak in marinade turning to coat completely. Marinate covered for a least 4 hours or overnight, refrigerated.

Remove steak for marinade; grill 5 minutes on each side so it is browned on the outside but still rare in the center.

Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices before serving.
