Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 can corn
- 6 oz carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbs whole wheat flour
- 1 cup beef stock
- 3 Tbsp Worchestshire sauce
- 1 Tbs tomatoe paste
- 1 oz shredded cheese
- S&P
- steak spice
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Cook onion, then meat, then carrot and mushrooms together in fry pan.

Add corn.

Sprinkle with flour and seasoning.

Add tomotoe paste mixed with Worchestshire, then broth and simmer for 20 minutes.

Put in overproof dish.

Top with mashed potatoes mixed with shredded cheese.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
