Pasta Pepperoni Pizza Bake

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. spiral pasta
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 30 oz. pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3.5 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups mozarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Cook pasta per package directions.

  2. Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper. Drain.

  3. Stir in pizza sauce, garlic salt and italian seasoning.

  4. Set aside.

  5. In bowl, combine eggs, milk and parmesan cheese.

  6. Toss with pasta.

  7. Transfer to greased 3 qt. dish.

  8. Top with beef mixture, mozarella cheese and pepperoni.

  9. Cover.

  10. Bake @ 350, 20 mins covered, 20 mins uncovered (or until golden)
