Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 3 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 9” baked pie shell
Directions

In a saucepan, combine ½ cup water and sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in corn starch and ¼ cup water.

Return to heat and cook until clear, stirring occasionally. Add extra water if needed.

Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Chill and serve.
