Fresh Raspberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water
  • 3 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 9” baked pie shell

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine ½ cup water and sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in corn starch and ¼ cup water.

  2. Return to heat and cook until clear, stirring occasionally. Add extra water if needed.

  3. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Chill and serve.
