Raspberry Pie

I like to buy premade pie crust…like the Keebler brand gram, shortbread or Granola. Also, try the mini keebler crusts for your kids!!

Cook time: 3 minutes
Serves 7 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups berries
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 2/3 C Water
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 9 " pie shell (cooked)

Directions

  1. Mix 1 C Berries w/starch, sugar & water and cook over medium heat until thick

  2. Remove from heat & stire in butter & lemon juice.

  3. Chill for 30-45 minutes

  4. Fold in remaining berries & pour into crust

  5. Enjoy!
