Shrimp Pizza

I modified this quite a lot to make it faster and easier.

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
- 2 pizza crusts, like Boboli or similar
- 1 can green salsa, divided
- hot sauce
- 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
- 2 cups (8 oz) Mexican cheese blend, shredded and divided
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped divided
- crushed red pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Coarsely chop cooked shrimp and set aside.

Spread half of can (about 8 tbs) green salsa on prepared pizza crusts, sprinkle a small amount of hot sauce on top for extra flavor.

Top with half of chopped shrimp, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup Mexican cheese blend.

Top with half of cilantro and sprinkle with crushed red pepper

Repeat with second pizza crust.

Bake pizzas for about 15 minutes in the oven.
