Apricot Tart

Ingredients

  • Sweet Pastry Dough tart shell - blind baked
  • 2 - 3 apricots
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Peel the apricots, slice, and arrange in the bottom of a blind-baked tart shell.

  2. Combine the egg yolks, cream, sugar, and flour.

  3. Pour over the apricots and sprinkle with the hazelnuts.

  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
