Beefy Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb beef cube steaks, cut up into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups canned diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cups spiral pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook beef and onion for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until beef is browned.

  2. Stir in tomatoes, pasta and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover tightly and simmer 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
