Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz pkg rotini pasta
  • 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced green peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced marinated roasted red peppers
  • 3 small zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh basil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/ cup cream Caesar Salad dressing
  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl, add nest 12 ingredients and mix well.

  2. In a jar, shake oil and lemon juice. Pour over salad and toss. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Stir before serving.
