Fast Rising Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 packages fast rising yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups warm water
- 3 cups flour
Directions

Let yeast dissolve in warm water and sugar.

Place 3 cups flour in large bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 cup sugar, and dry milk.

Add yeast, eggs, oil, and warm water.

Stir well.

Add 3 more cups of flour.

Stir well.

Let rise until doubled.

Can divide into 3 balls, roll into circle, spread with melted margarine, and cut into 8 wedges (like pie) and roll from wide to narrow to form crescent shape.

Let rise until double.

Can also roll into rectangle for cinnamon rolls spread with melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.

Roll and cut.

Bake at 375 degrees
