Ingredients
- * 1 1/2 c Fresh milk
- * 3 tb Sugar
- * 1 ts Butter
- * 5 tb Full-cream powdered milk
- * 1/2 c Sugar, for rolling pastillas
Directions

Boil milk and sugar into a paste.

Add butter and powder milk. Mix thoroughly. Rest pastillas until firm enough to handle. Divide into 20 pieces and roll into small cylinder.

Roll in sugar and wrap in paper
