Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups white wine
- 1 Tbsp Herbes de Provence
- fresh rosemary, basicl, parsley (optional)
- black pepper and salt
Directions

Mix flour and paprika.

Roll chicken in flour mixture.

Heat olive oil in large pot, browning it in small enough batches so that meat browns nicely.

Remove meat and saute garlic.

Add wine and scrape brown bits from bottom of pot, stir and cook on high until a sauce forms.

Turn down heat to low simmer, add chicken back to pot.

Sprinkle with the herbes de provence, salt, pepper and minced fresh herbs if desired.

Bake at 300 F for 2 1/2 hours or until the chicken is tender.

Serve with rice or potato dish.
