Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 cup Milk
- 1/8 cup water
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked (previously)
- 1 cup frozen vegetable mix, includes carrots, peas and corn
- Tamari
Directions

Scramble the eggs and milk in a pan then set aside.

Cook vegetable mix in pan with water over medium heat until heated through.

Add rice and tamari until hot.

Add eggs back into pan.

Serve hot.
