Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 cup Milk
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked (previously)
  • 1 cup frozen vegetable mix, includes carrots, peas and corn
  • Tamari

Directions

  1. Scramble the eggs and milk in a pan then set aside.

  2. Cook vegetable mix in pan with water over medium heat until heated through.

  3. Add rice and tamari until hot.

  4. Add eggs back into pan.

  5. Serve hot.
