Ingredients
- 280 grams of rice
- 1 lt. fresh milk
- 130 sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 shot coffee liqueur Anisette

Put a saucepan with plenty of water when Reaching the boiling throw the rice and cook 5 / 6 minutes, then drain and put the milk in the saucepan, add rice and bring to a boil.

Allow to simmer a few minutes, then pour the milk with the rice in a bowl, add sugar and liqueur and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

Grease and flour a rectangular mold (the aluminum ones are also fine).

Once cooled the mixture, add the beaten eggs before pouring into the mold and then bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for about an hour. On the surface it will form a layer of wavy golden brown and will mean that our cake is ready!
