Beef Stew

Cook time: 500 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg beef stew meat
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces
  • 4 potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • Other vegetables as desired

Directions

  1. Put the carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.

  2. Put the meat on top of the veggies.

  3. Add any other veggies.

  4. Pour in the soup, add 4 cans of water, or enough to cover all the food with water.

  5. Cook for 6-8 hours.

  6. Add onion approximately 1 hour before serving.
