Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 pork tenderloins, 3/4 lbs a piece
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Bourbon whiskey
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonaisse
- 1 T dry mustard
- 1 T chopped scallions or green onions
- 1 1/2 T white wine vinegar

marinate pork tenderloins in next 3 ingredients for at least 45 minutes

bake at 325 or grill

mix all sauce ingredients and let sit at room temp for at least 4 hours
