“Chinese” Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts or 1 can
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1-1/2 pounds pork cut in 1 inch cubes
- 2-3 stalks celery
- 1 package "chinese" noodles

Combine first 4 ingredients

Brown pork and celery

Cook noodles; Drain. Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
