“Chinese” Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh bean sprouts or 1 can
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1-1/2 pounds pork cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 2-3 stalks celery
  • 1 package "chinese" noodles

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients

  2. Brown pork and celery

  3. Cook noodles; Drain. Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
