Ingredients
- 2 cans of cooked chicken
- 2 cups of rice, cooked
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup shredded velvette cheese
- 12 saltine crackers
Directions

Mix rice, soup and chicken. Add ½ of the cheese.

Pour into a greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover with crushed crackers.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
