Hot dogs and Crescents

Cook time: 12 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups original Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 T yellow mustard
  • 3 T pickle relsih, drained
  • 2 slices processed american cheese cut into 4 strips each
  • 8 hot dogs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425

  2. Grease cookie sheet

  3. Stir Bisquick, milk and mustard until soft dough forms

  4. beat 30 seconds

  5. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick

  6. roll in Bisquick to coat

  7. Shape into a ball

  8. knead 10 times

  9. Roll or pat dough into 13-inch circle

  10. cut into 8 wedges

  11. Place about 1 t pickle relish and one cheese strop on each wedge about 1 inch from rounded edge

  12. Top with hot dog

  13. Roll up beginning at rounded edge

  14. place Crescents, with tips underneath, on cookie sheet

  15. Bake about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
