Ingredients
- cucumbers
- 1/2 c. sugar (vegan)
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

peel and slice cucumbers and put into a container.

(if you’re not going to gobble these up the same day, pour salt over the peeled/sliced cucumbers and let sit for 20 minutes. then rinse the salt off and go to the next step.)

mix sugar and vinegar.

pour sugar/vinegar mixture over cucumbers.

refrigerate for an hour or two and eat. delicious!
