pasta with artichokes, tomatoes, and cannelleni beans

the name says it all…

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • whole wheat pasta (your choice)
  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can cannelleni beans
  • 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • garlic (minced)

Directions

  1. while pasta is cooking, heat oil in a saucepan and saute the minced garlic.

  2. add diced tomatoes, beans, and artichokes and mix around alot.

  3. bring mixture to a near boil and let simmer until pasta is ready to go.

  4. drain pasta and top with sauce.
