sauteed summer squash

easy and surprisingly filling

Ingredients

  • 3-4 summer squash (yellow crooknecked, sliced)
  • garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 onion (white or yellow, sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. saute garlic in olive oil.

  2. add onion and saute for a little bit.

  3. add summer squash and saute for a little bit more. don’t overcook!

  4. serve hot.
