Presbyterian Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon
Directions

Mix ingredients and marinade for 2 hours. Cook at 325 degrees for 1-1 and 1/2 hours basting every 30 minutes.

Serve with sour cream mustard sauce.
