Ingredients
- 5 cups apple juice
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 1 T anise seed
- 7 cups sugar
- 1 pouch liquid pectin
Directions

tie spices in bag and simmer in juice 10 minutes. Add sugar, boil, add pectin, boil hard 1 minute. remove from heat, remove spice bag. Leave 1/4 inch head space. Process 10 minutes.
