Horseradish Salmon Marinade

Ingredients

  • med chopped onion
  • 1/2-cup horseradish
  • 1/2-cup balsmic vinager
  • 1/2-cup olive oil
  • 1/2-cup rosmary
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1/2-teaspoon salt and peper

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Spray piece of tin foil and place Salmon ontop, smother in marinade and wrap leaving a vent hole on top.

  3. Grill at 350 degrees (med) for 10 to 15 minutes
