Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
- 14 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp chili powder (more if you'd like some kick to it)
- 2 tsp packed brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- (mix the above 6 ingredients together, put aside)
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1/2 chopped yellow pepper
- 1/3 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- cooking oil
- 1 lb cooked, shelled shrimp
Directions

heat oil. Stir fry peppers, celery & onions 3 minutes. Add shrimp and heat through. Add tomato mixture. Let simmer a couple of minutes. Serve over rice.
