Ingredients
- 1/4-cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/4-cup fat-free milk
- 1 egg
- 1-lb ground beef or chicken
- 3 finely chopped celery
- 1/2-tsp dried oregano
- 1/4-tsp ground sage
- 1/4-tsp salt
- 1/8-tsp pepper
Directions

In a medium bowl combine bread crumbs, milk, and egg.

Add beef/chicken, onions, celery, oregano, sage, salt and pepper to the above mix. Mix well.

In a shallow baking dish pat meat mixture into a 7X3X2" loaf

If desired arrange vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions) around loaf. Spray vegetables with vege spray.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees, stirring vegetables once.
