Grandma’s meatballs

Ingredients

  • MEATBALLS
  • 3-lbs hamburger
  • 1 13-oz evaporated milk
  • 2-cups quick oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2-cup chopped onions
  • 1/2-tsp garlic powder
  • 2-tsp salt
  • 1/2-tsp pepper
  • 2-tsp chilipowder
  • SAUCE
  • 2-cup ketchup
  • 1-cup brown sugar
  • 2-tbsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2-tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2-cup chopped onions

Directions

  1. Mix all meat ingredients together and form into balls, place into a 9X13 dish.

  2. Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over meat balls.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
