Ingredients
- 2-cups cranberries
- Juice and chopped zest of 1 orange
- 1/4-cup port (Grand Mainer or Jack)
- 1/2-cup sugar
- 1-tbsp cinnamon
- 1-tbsp cornstarch
Directions

In a small saucespan combine cranberries, orange juice, zest, port, sugar and cinnamon.

Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook until cranberries are tender, stirring occassionally.

If thickening is desired: mix cornstarch and 1 tbsp water to cranberry sauce.
