Ingredients
- 1-lb brussel sprouts
- 2-tbsp olive oil
- 12 garlic cloves
- 1-tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2-tsp salt
- 1/8-tsp pepper
- 1-tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions

Put oil in pan on med-low heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown.

Increase heat to med-high and add brussel sprouts, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min. or until browned.

Add 1 1/2 cups water and cook 5 min. more or until most liquid is evaporated, stir in vinegar.

Serve immediately.
