Garlicky Brussel Sprouts

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1-lb brussel sprouts
  • 2-tbsp olive oil
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • 1-tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2-tsp salt
  • 1/8-tsp pepper
  • 1-tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Put oil in pan on med-low heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown.

  2. Increase heat to med-high and add brussel sprouts, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min. or until browned.

  3. Add 1 1/2 cups water and cook 5 min. more or until most liquid is evaporated, stir in vinegar.

  4. Serve immediately.
