Turkey Burgers on shrooms

Ingredients

  • 2-lbs 95% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 11-oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 6-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/2-cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1-tsp poultry seasoning
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • Cheese, swiss

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for buns in a bowl.Wet hands with cooking spray to shape the turkey into 8 burgers. Coat the burgers with cooking spray.

  2. Grill at med-hot for 6-8 min. per side add cheese if desired. Serve
