Turkey Burgers on shrooms

Ingredients
- 2-lbs 95% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 11-oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 6-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained and finely chopped
- 1/2-cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 1-tsp poultry seasoning
- 8 hamburger buns
- Cheese, swiss
Directions

Mix all ingredients except for buns in a bowl.Wet hands with cooking spray to shape the turkey into 8 burgers. Coat the burgers with cooking spray.

Grill at med-hot for 6-8 min. per side add cheese if desired. Serve
