Foccacia

Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made pizza dough, uncooked
- Flour
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- Pinch of Kosher salt

Preheat oven to 400F.

Flour your board and shape the dough into about a 1/2 inch rectangle (irregular is great – it doesn’t have to be perfect).

Place the parchment paper over a baking sheet and put the dough onto the parchment.

Drizzle the dough liberally with olive oil.

Scatter the olives over the top and sprinkle -first with the rosemary, then with the parmesan cheese and finally the pinch of salt.

Bake for about 20 minutes until the dough is cooked through but not too browned.
