Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillets, skin removed
- some milk
- 100 g Gorgonzola (or some other blue cheese)
- 250 ml neutral heavy cream
- salt
Directions

Flatten the fillets, and pour some salted milk over them, to marinate for an hour. Fry them on hardly oiled non-stick pan.

Prepare the sauce while meat is frying. Bring the cream and cheese to heat until cheese dissolves, stirring almost all the time.

Serve the fillets with some sauce bellow and over, with cooked and spiced rice.
