Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar chopped mushrooms
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- soy sauce to taste

Cook the ground beef, onions and celery

Add the cream of chicken, mushrooms, water, rice, and soy sauce to the meat – mix well

Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours

Serve over chow mein noodles
