Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1 env. Knox
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

Mix Knox with water. Scald milk. Add Knox/water. Add maple syrup and let congeal. Add whipped cream. Line bottom of 13 × 9 with half of the vanilla wafer crumbs. Pour mixture on top of crumbs, sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the top and freeze. Serve partially frozen.
