Eight Layer Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • olives, chopped

Directions

  1. Spread beans on bottom of a 13 by 9 inch pan.

  2. Mash avocados, mix with lemon juice and spread over beans.

  3. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and mayonnaise, spread over avocado.

  4. Sprinkle Monterrey Jack, then cheddar, then chopped green onions, then tomatoes, and olives.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
