Double Layered Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon cold skim milk
- 2 packages (4 serving size) chocolate flavored fat free instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 Keebler Reduced fat Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 ounces)
- 4 ounces Neufchatel cheese reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups light frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 teaspoons grated semi-sweet or milk chocolate candy bar (optional)
Directions

Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into a medium bowl; add pudding mix.

Beat with an electric mixer 1 minute (mixture will be very thick).

Spread mixture evenly into pie crust.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon milk with an electric mixer until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping on low speed.

Spread over chocolate mixture; sprinkle with chocolate if desired.

Cover with dome; chill at least 3 hours before serving.
