Double Layered Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon cold skim milk
  • 2 packages (4 serving size) chocolate flavored fat free instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 Keebler Reduced fat Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 ounces)
  • 4 ounces Neufchatel cheese reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups light frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons grated semi-sweet or milk chocolate candy bar (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into a medium bowl; add pudding mix.

  2. Beat with an electric mixer 1 minute (mixture will be very thick).

  3. Spread mixture evenly into pie crust.

  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon milk with an electric mixer until smooth.

  5. Fold in whipped topping on low speed.

  6. Spread over chocolate mixture; sprinkle with chocolate if desired.

  7. Cover with dome; chill at least 3 hours before serving.
