Mixed fruit cream cheese pie

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces neufchatel cheese reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces light frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup red raspberry or strawberry preserves
  • 1 Keebler Reduced fat ready crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 ounces)
  • 3 cups assorted seasonal fresh fruits such as sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, nectarines, or kiwi fruit
  • 1/3 cup currant jelly (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon almond flavored liqueur or 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and preserves with electric mixer, on medium speed until smooth.

  2. Fold in whipped topping with electric mixer on low speed.

  3. Spread evenly over bottom of crust.

  4. Arrange fruit attractively over filling.

  5. Heat jelly in a small saucepan or in the microwave oven until melted; stir in almond flavoring.

  6. Brush glaze evenly over fruit.

  7. Serve immediately or chill up to 30 minutes.
