Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tb. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. powdered milk
- 1-1/2 c. water, divided
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

Mix the sugar, cornstarch, and powdered milk together, then stir in 1/2 c. water. Add the vanilla, then the remaining 1 c. water. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
