Triple Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 ounce)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese (1 ounce)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Mix Bisquick and hot water until stiff dough forms.

  3. Let stand 10 minutes.

  4. Place dough on surgace sprinkled with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat.

  5. Shape into a ball; knead 60 times.

  6. Roll or pat dough into 12-inch square on ungreased cookie sheet.

  7. Spread margarine over dough.

  8. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over dough.

  9. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

  10. Serve warm.
