Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups grated raw apple
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.

In medium mixing bowl combine egg and oil, beat together.

Add apple and nuts, then gradually stir in dry ingredients.

Spoon in a large greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
