Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- nutmeg for flavoring
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
Directions

at slightly ingredients 1 thru 3.

Scald ingredients 4 and 5 and pour into egg mixture.

Add the rice and raisins.

Strain into 6 custard cups or a 1-1/2 qt. casserole and set in pan of hot water (1 in. up on cups). Sprinkle a little nutmeg over tops. Bake for 75 minutes at 350° or until knife comes out clean.
