Ingredients
- 1 Jar Kraft Old English cheese spread
- 1 Jar Kraft Roka Blue cheese spread (I have also found that a soft blue cheese block works for this as well, when I can’t find the jar spread!)
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 8 oz package Garden Vegetable or Chive flavored cream cheese
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts, or bread crumbs
- 1 deseeded and finely chopped jalapeno, optional
- Bacon crumbles, optional
Directions
-
Using a stand mixer, blend together first six ingredients. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Divide the mixture into three parts. (If adding jalapenos or bacon, mix in at this time). Roll one third of the mixture into a ball, and then roll in walnuts (or bread crumbs) to cover. Cover tightly with plastic wrap to help mold the ball form, and refrigerate until firm again. Serve with crackers (we like the Garlic Butter Ritz with these the best!). Yields 3 cheese balls.
