Roasted marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 3/4 pound each
- 1 cup orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
- 3 T. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 T. chineese rice wine, dry sherry, or white wine
- 1 T. maple syrup or honey
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 T. hoisin sauce (optional)
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into thin slices
Directions

Place the pork tenderloins in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the orange slices and toss well to thoroughly coat the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Roast the meat for about 45 to 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 150 degrees. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices. Serve with the orange slices on the side.
