Ingredients
- 4 t evoo
- 4T pepper jelly
- 4 10-12 inch tortillas
- 2 c pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 macintosh apple
Directions

preheat evoo in skillet

spread each tortilla with on T of jelly

place in pan, jelly side up
-
cover half of tortilla with cheese
-
put a few apple slices on top of cheese
-
fold naked half of tortilla over the toppings

cook for a few min on each side until brown
